Definition: Man

So what makes a man? Is it his financial state, his degree of power, or his confidence that outweighs everything else? Society has used all of these inferences to define modern man into a super being that possess admiration due to money, power, and self-assurance. There are tons of actors, musicians, entrepreneurs, etc. that have tons of money and power, but they cheat on their wives and neglect their children, and often times compromise their integrity. Yes, they are human and those things will happen, but ONLY if they do nothing to prevent it. That's when God comes in because it's through him that they are able to suppress those urges and do what's necessary for the family. It's the husbands' job to establish that foundation and provide for home because if he does, he will inherit that which he sewed.  You can't define a man by economic status because if he accumulates so much revenue, but doesn't contribute to the well-being of the world, then when he dies, he'll be looked at as a man who single handily could have stimulated the economy with a bank account. Having power doesn't establish his manhood either because it just demonstrates his power to manipulate other men who stand for nothing positive ( Perfect example: Adolf Hitler). Confidence simply comes turns to cockiness that then disregards a man's potential to be humble which provides as funnel for God's blessings to come pouring down on him.  God has physically/mentally designed us to be prosperous in all that we do so that we become the wood, bricks, and steal that puts a house together because when the storm of temptation and deprivation comes our way, we will be well rooted with intentions of NOT BEING MOVED! So ladies, if a man has a good car, a nice home, dresses well, and talks with great charm, make sure his credit is good, he's not married, if he has kids or not and if he take responsibility for them, and that he's a God fearing man " for the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge"-Proverbs 1:7.
